• • Hypotension 

• • Prolonged QTc interval on EKG 

• Papilledema 

Chronic 

• Abnormal dentition 

• Dementia 

• Dry skin 

• Ectopic calcification in basal ganglia 

• Extrapyramidal signs 

• Parkinsonism 

• Subcapsular cataracts
